About the Role
Snitch is building the next phase of its growth by creating a ₹100+ Cr annual business across non-apparel categories through marketplaces and quick commerce.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to own and scale our Footwear, Fragrance and Long Tail Accessories business across all external channels including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and emerging commerce platforms.
This is a business ownership role. The individual will own the complete P&L, category strategy, merchandising, planning, pricing, marketplace growth and execution.
Categories: Footwear, Fragrances, Sunglasses, Bags & Wallets, Belts, Jewellery, Caps, Socks, and Other Lifestyle Accessories
Success Metric: Build a ₹100+ Cr annualized GMV business within 12 months across marketplace and quick commerce channels while maintaining healthy contribution margins.

What We're Looking For
Must Have
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience scaling Footwear or Fragrance businesses is mandatory.
- Strong experience managing marketplaces at scale.
- Demonstrated ownership of a significant business with P&L responsibility.
- Strong planning, merchandising, and inventory management skills.
- Data-driven decision maker with excellent analytical capabilities.
- Ability to operate in a high-growth, execution-focused environment.
