About the Opportunity

We're looking for experienced Excel and Microsoft Office professionals to contribute to an AI training project focused on improving how AI systems create, understand, analyze, and modify business documents.

You'll use your real-world experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create realistic business scenarios, review AI-generated documents, and provide expert feedback.

You do not need previous AI experience. Your professional expertise with business documents, analysis, and office workflows is what matters most.

What You'll Do

• Create realistic, challenging business scenarios based on your professional experience.
• Design tasks that require advanced use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Work with AI systems through structured, multi-step conversations.
• Create and review .xlsx, .docx, and .pptx files.
• Evaluate AI-generated spreadsheets, documents, and presentations.
• Compare different AI-generated solutions and determine which best meets the requirements.
• Check documents for accuracy, formatting, logic, completeness, and business relevance.
• Provide clear written feedback explaining why one solution is stronger than another.
• Develop scenarios covering areas such as finance, operations, strategy, sales, marketing, HR, and business analysis.
• Help ensure AI training data reflects realistic professional workflows and business situations.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and opportunities for improvement.

What You'll Need

• Strong professional experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience creating, reviewing, or analyzing business documents.
• Ability to work with complex spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and business models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain your reasoning clearly and provide constructive feedback.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with 3+ years of professional experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in demanding business environments are preferred.

AI Experience Is Not Required

You do not need to be an AI specialist.

Experience using AI tools, large language models, or writing detailed prompts is helpful but not required.

The focus of this role is your ability to apply professional judgment and recognize what a high-quality business document should look like.

You should be able to look at a spreadsheet, document, or presentation and quickly identify:

• Whether the information is accurate.
• Whether calculations and logic make sense.
• Whether the formatting is professional.
• Whether the document addresses the requested business problem.
• Whether important information is missing.

• Which of two solutions provides the better result and why.

Strong candidates are analytical, detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable working with complex Office documents.

Compensation

$20–$60 per hour, depending on the project, experience, and complexity of the work assigned.

This is a contract opportunity, and available hours may vary based on project requirements.
