We’re looking for a Platform Engineer to build reliable, scalable, and automated platforms across customer and internal environments.
You’ll take ownership of platform standardization, deployment automation, and operational reliability, helping teams deploy critical applications efficiently and consistently. This is a hands-on role that include required on-call activity, with the opportunity to shape our platform roadmap and introduce new technologies and ways of working.
What you'll do:
Design and maintain platforms across Linux and Windows environments.
Build reusable deployment automation using Ansible.
Standardize platforms across internal and customer environments.
Improve provisioning, upgrades, migrations, testing, and lifecycle management.
Develop scalable and portable solutions using virtualization and container technologies.
Support application and database migrations while maintaining platform stability.
Integrate automated testing into deployment workflows.
Partner with Technical Project Managers, System Engineers, and the Program Manager.
Maintain clear technical documentation and share knowledge across the team.
Support critical customer deployments and participate in a shared out-of-hours on-call rotation.
Depending on experience, help define platform architecture, mentor colleagues, and lead automation initiatives.
What you'll bring:
Strong experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure automation.
Hands-on experience supporting production environments.
Advanced Linux knowledge and good Windows Server/IIS experience.
Strong Ansible expertise—this is essential.
Shell and/or PowerShell scripting skills.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab, or TFS.
Good knowledge of Git and version-control workflows.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V, or Incus.
Understanding of containers, high-availability architectures, load balancing, and networking fundamentals.
Basic SQL knowledge, ideally with PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
A proactive, collaborative approach with strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills.
Fluency in French (must have) & English (good to have)
