Als Praktikantin oder Praktikant unterstützen Sie unsere HR-Abteilung bei verschiedenen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben. Dabei erhalten Sie wertvolle Einblicke in die Personalarbeit und haben die Möglichkeit, praktische Erfahrungen zu sammeln und sich aktiv in unser Team einzubringen.

- Sie unterstützen das HR-Team in organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben entlang des Rekrutierungsprozesses (beinhaltet: Erstellen von Stelleninseraten, Vorselektion von Bewerbungen, Einholen von Referenzen, Terminvereinbarung mit Bewerbern, etc.)
- Sie helfen in der HR-Administration tatkräftig mit (Eintritt bis Austritt)
- Diverse administrative Arbeiten
Requirements
IHR PROFIL
- Sie haben bereits Erfahrungen im Bewerbermanagement und der Rekrutierung von Mitarbeiter
- Sie haben Kenntnisse über Prozesse und deren Zusammenhänge über den ganzen Personal-Lifecycle
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung sowie eine selbständige und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Sie verfügen vorzugsweise über EDV-Kenntnisse
- Stilsicheres Deutsch in Schrift und Sprache runden Ihr Profil ab
