We are seeking an organized, high-energy Project Manager to join our team. In the fast-paced payments industry, success isn't just about launching new software. it’s about how we evolve as a business. You will lead a variety of high-impact technology driven project, from debuting new payment features to refining our internal business processes and executing major strategic shifts. You will be the connective tissue of the company, ensuring that our technical, financial, and operational goals are all moving forward in harmony.

How You’ll Support the Team:

  • Lead Diverse Projects: Own the full project lifecycle of multiple initiatives. This includes everything from software launches and technical migrations to strategic business shifts and internal process improvements.
  • Bridge the Departments: Act as the central point of contact between Sales, Engineering, Finance, Product and Operations. You ensure everyone understands how their specific task fits into the big picture of the company's strategy.
  • Optimize How We Work: Identify areas where our internal workflows are slow or redundant. You’ll design and implement better processes to help the company scale more efficiently.
  • Execute Strategic Goals: Work closely with leadership to turn high-level business goals into actionable project plans with clear milestones and deadlines.
  • Clear the Path: Proactively identify red flags or bottlenecks. You don’t just report problems; you facilitate the decisions needed to keep the project moving.
  • Value Driven: You understand projects are completed to achieve measurable value and you work with the team to keep this front of mind, questioning things that may not contribute to that goal.
  • Core PM Discipline: You have a firm grip on project fundamental, expertly balancing scope, building accurate schedules, and proactively mitigating risks before they impact delivery.
  • A Multi-Tasking Specialist: You can switch gears easily between a technical software update and a high-level strategic planning session.
  • Strategic Thinking: You understand the why behind a project and can help the team stay focused on the business value we are trying to create.
  • Process Mindset: You enjoy finding ways to make work more organized and efficient for everyone.
  • Clear Communication: You can translate complex goals into simple, manageable steps for your
  • Tech & Tool Savvy: You are proficient in project management software like Jira, Smartsheet, or Google Workspace to keep timelines and tasks visible.
  • Remote-First Discipline: You have a proven ability to stay productive and keep a team motivated in a remote or hybrid environment.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 3+ years of project management experience in a technology-driven environment.
  • Experience managing a mix of technical projects (like software updates) and non-technical projects (like implementing new company-wide tools or workflows).
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or traditional project management frameworks.
  • Experience in fintech or the payments industry is highly preferred.

Certifications: PMP or Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are preferred but not required.

Travel Requirements: Up to 20%

Salary Range: Base salary of $80,000- $120,000
