About Snitch

We dress the guy who knows exactly who he is. At Snitch, we move at the speed of culture — and we're looking for a strategist who lives on the internet, thinks in content, and can turn a trend into a moment before the algorithm even sees it coming.

What You’ll Own

  • Define and drive Snitch’s social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Reels, and emerging platforms — always with a Gen Z lens.
  • Build content calendars that balance brand storytelling, product drops, cultural moments, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with design, video, and performance teams to brief, review, and ship content that actually performs.
  • Identify trends before they trend — and have the instinct to know when Snitch should ride the wave or sit it out.
  • Own the brand’s tone of voice across all social touchpoints — witty, real, effortless, and always on-brand.
  • Analyze performance data and translate it into clear decisions — what to double down on, what to kill, and what to test next.
  • Work with influencers and creators — from briefing to execution — ensuring every collab feels authentic, not corporate.
  • Lead ideation for campaign-level social concepts tied to product launches, store openings, and brand moments.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years in social media or content strategy, ideally at a consumer brand, fashion label, or fast-moving D2C.
  • A portfolio that shows you can make things people actually stop scrolling for.
  • Deep understanding of Instagram and Reels mechanics — not just posting, but engineering reach and saves.
  • Strong copywriting instincts — you can write a caption that gets the vibe across in 8 words.
  • Comfort with social analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Sprout, or equivalent) and a habit of letting data drive decisions.
  • Experience working with or managing creator/influencer networks, especially in fashion or lifestyle.
  • Ability to move fast without waiting for a perfect brief — you can run with an idea and bring structure to it later.

You’ll Thrive Here If

  • You follow fashion, culture, and internet discourse like it’s a second job — because at Snitch, it basically is.
  • You have strong opinions about what makes content feel forced vs. felt.
  • You’re a collaborator who also knows how to hold a creative vision in a room full of feedback.
  • You’re not precious about ideas — you can ideate fast, kill what doesn’t work, and move on without ego.
  • You want your work to actually matter to the brand, not just fill a slot in the content calendar.

  • Instagram Strategy
  • Reels & Short-Form Content Planning
  • Copywriting
  • Creator Collabs
  • Analytics & Reporting

The Snitch Standard
