Mitarbeiter Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (ca. 25,0 h)
Aufgaben
- laufende Erfassung, Buchung und Bearbeitung aller lohnrelevanten Daten zur Vorbereitung der Entgeltabrechnung
- Erstellen von Meldungen an Behörden, Institutionen und Finanzämter
- Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Abklärung der Konten
- Bearbeitung der laufenden monatlichen Finanzbuchhaltung
- Vorbereitung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Pflege der Stammdaten
Qualifikation
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) oder vergleichbarer Abschluss mit Berufserfahrung und in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- sehr gute EDV – Kenntnisse, insbesondere sehr gute Excel – Kenntnisse
- eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise ist Ihnen bestens vertraut
- fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) erforderlich
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke aus
