Jedes Frühjahr verwandelt das Internationale Trickfilm-Festival Stuttgart (ITFS) die Stadt in das lebendige Zentrum der Animation. Das Festival ist einer der weltweit wichtigsten Treffpunkte der Branche und bringt Filmemacher*innen, Branchenprofis und Publikum in einer einzigartigen Festivalwoche zusammen.
Damit bei uns nicht nur die Filme, sondern auch die Technik läuft, suchen wir ab Mitte Oktober 2026 Unterstützung für unseren IT-Support. Die Stelle kann je nach persönlicher Situation als Minijob oder als Werkstudententätigkeit ausgeübt werden.
Aufgaben
Der Job im Detail:
- Aktive Unterstützung bei der Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Endgeräten (wie Laptops, PCs, Drucker) sowie deren Peripherie im Unternehmensnetzwerk.
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Soft- und Hardware-Rollouts und regulären Sicherheitsupdates
Qualifikation
Du bringst mit:
- Eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Bereich ist hilfreich, aber kein Muss. Für uns zählt vor allem, dass du dich auskennst und Lust hast, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
- Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support, der Anwendungsbetreuung oder mit Softwareprojekten (z. B. durch Praktika, Nebenjobs oder Studienprojekte)
- Gute Kenntnisse in Windows, Microsoft 365 und gängigen Hard- und Softwarelösungen
- Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerken, Drucker- und Peripheriegeräten sind von Vorteil
- Fließendes Deutsch (mind. C1-Niveau)

- Eine Vergütung von 17 € pro Stunde.
