What you'd be doing in this role
Our Total Rewards team plays a key role in Canva's mission, building programs that help us attract, recognise and retain great people. You'll partner with leaders and People teams to design, implement and continuously improve reward programs that support Canva's growth.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
- Partnering with business leaders and People Partners to provide strategic reward advice that supports business priorities and enables great talent decisions.
- Designing, implementing and continuously improving reward programs, policies and frameworks that create a consistent and scalable employee experience.
- Leading key reward initiatives including job architecture, compensation review cycles, market benchmarking and governance.
- Applying market data and internal insights to evaluate roles, benchmark compensation and make recommendations that balance competitiveness, fairness and business needs.
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition to support equitable and market-informed offers for new hires and internal mobility.

- Collaborating across the People team to deliver reward initiatives that are well communicated, operationally effective and aligned with Canva's Total Rewards philosophy.

- You have solid data analysis skills and can turn insights into a clear story
