Deine Position
- Du bist für die Annahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen (via Ticketing-System, Telefon, E-Mail oder anderen Kommunikationskanälen) zuständig
- Du stellst sachkundigen Support und Lösungen für Kundenprobleme oder Anliegen
- Du bearbeitest und/oder koordinierst Reklamationen und suchst aktiv nach Lösungen
- Du kommunizierst Prozesse lösungsorientiert mit allen beteiligten Gewerken
- Du bist die Anbindung zu unserem Auftragsmanagement
Dein Profil
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice, Servicecenter, technischen Support oder ähnlichen Bereichen
- Du bist gut organisiert und verfügst über die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bearbeiten
- Du nimmst Kundenanliegen emphatisch auf und bearbeitest diese lösungsorientiert
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe für digitale Prozesse
- Du hast Freude an der Arbeit im Team und kannst effektiv mit anderen Abteilungen zusammenzuarbeiten
