- Planung, Weiterentwicklung und operative Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen und Sales-Aktionen
- Entwicklung neuer Kampagnenideen und Promotion-Mechaniken
- Entwicklung von Mediaplänen und Erstellen von Anzeigensujets für online und offline Kanäle
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von POS- und Marketingunterlagen unter Einhaltung der Corporate-Design-Vorgaben
- Betreuung und Optimierung des Werbemittelshops inklusive Sicherstellung von Aktualität, Verfügbarkeit sowie Kostenoptimierung in Beschaffung und Logistik
- Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Werbemailings (Print, E-Mail, SMS) inklusive Prozessverantwortung und Performance-Monitoring
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Marketingsystemen (z. B. CRM, Marketing Automation, Werbemittelshop)
- Optimierung und Standardisierung von Marketingprozessen sowie Weiterentwicklung von Automatisierungen und Pflege der Prozessdokumentation
- Unterstützung im Event-Marketing bei internen und externen Veranstaltungen, insbesondere Einladungsmanagement und Werbemittel
- Definition und Monitoring relevanter KPIs zur Analyse und Optimierung der Marketingperformance
- Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Reportings und Dashboards
- Unterstützung von Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit HR
- Abwicklung administrativer Aufgaben in den Bereichen Bestellwesen, Rechnungsprüfung und Lieferantenanlage
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel sowie Adobe InDesign und Photoshop
- Expertise in der Gestaltung von Werbemitteln und Marketingunterlagen
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen, insbesondere in der Erstellung effizienter Briefings
- Erfahrung mit Marketing-Automation-Tools (z. B. Power Automate) von Vorteil
- Know-how im Reporting mit Tools wie Power BI, Tableau oder Qlik Sense wünschenswert
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
- Selbstständige, proaktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Lösungs- und teamorientierte sowie verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
