- Erstellung fundierter Vertriebsprognosen sowie kontinuierliches Monitoring relevanter KPIs zur frühzeitigen Identifikation von Markt- und Vertriebstrends
- Verantwortung für den Aufbau, die Implementierung und die anschließende Betreuung eines CRM-Systems inklusive Pflege, Weiterentwicklung und kontinuierlicher Optimierung
- Sicherstellung eines effizienten und reibungslosen Lead-Management- sowie Sales-Pipeline-Prozesses
- Schulung und Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams im Umgang mit Systemen, Tools und definierten Prozessen
- Enge, bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Marketing und Finance zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Prozessen entlang des gesamten Customer Lifecycles vom Erstkontakt über das Account Management bis hin zum Reklamationsmanagement
Must-have
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Datenaffinität
- Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit Vertriebsprozessen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
