- Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung und Strukturierung digitaler Arbeitsweisen, beispielsweise durch den Aufbau und die Pflege von SharePoint-Strukturen, digitalen Besuchsberichten, Datenablagen und einfachen Prozessstandards.
- Du wirkst bei der Analyse, Dokumentation und Optimierung von Vertriebsprozessen mit, insbesondere entlang des End-to-End Consumer Lifecycles, im Kreditmanagement sowie bei weiteren wiederkehrenden Abläufen.
- Du holst Informationen aus Filialen und Fachbereichen ein, bereitest diese strukturiert auf und unterstützt dabei, Verantwortlichkeiten, Abläufe und offene Themen transparent darzustellen.
- Du übernimmst kleinere Analysen, Dokumentationen, Follow-ups und operative Umsetzungsaufgaben im Sales-Operations-Umfeld und trägst dazu bei, Projekte effizient voranzutreiben.
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Sales Operations Specialist zusammen und bildest ein Tandem, in dem du zusätzliche Umsetzungskapazität schaffst und die operative Bearbeitung laufender Themen unterstützt.
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Vertrieb, Management, Digitalisierung oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Strukturierte, eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und Interesse an Prozessen und digitalen Lösungen.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern
