Mandatory technical experience
10 years each: back-end development, operation and maintenance of web applications; development using Java JDK 11+/JEE 7+ or PHP 8+.
7 years each: SOAP and REST API design/development based on international standards such as UN/CEFACT or IPPC ePhyto and exposure to external systems; relational databases including complex SQL, migration scripts and database design.
3 years: version control and CI toolchains such as Git/SVN and Bamboo/Jenkins.
Mandatory skills and delivery experience
Master's: 15 years; Bachelor's: 17 years in each of: checking code correctness, error handling and documentation; analysing complex back-end issues, root-cause analysis, diagnosis and solution design
