Mandatory technical experience

·       12 years each: HTML5/JavaScript/ES6/CSS3; complex modular client-side applications using modern frameworks, Web Components and state-management patterns; responsive/adaptive design; version control and CI toolchains. 5 years each: fundamental front-end languages; front-end frameworks such as AngularJS/Angular/React/Vue/Bootstrap/Dojo.

Additional / advantageous criteria

Optional education: Bachelor's EQF 6 or Master's EQF 7 in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent

Relevant sector experience: 5 years in international/intergovernmental organisations or central national administrations.

Additional technical experience: 3 years each: Angular 14+, Bootstrap, TypeScript and build tools such as Angular CLI/Webpack/Vite; web security/authentication/authorisation such as OAuth/OIDC; front-end testing such as Jest/Karma/Cypress; Java JDK 11+/JEE 7+; relational databases such as Oracle/PostgreSQL; WebLogic 14+/TomEE middleware; case-management systems; client-side monitoring such as Dynatrace/Splunk.
