Cedar Crest Home Care, LLC is seeking a dependable and Data Analyst to support clients and families with inquiries, scheduling, and general assistance. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze business data.

• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and inconsistencies.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data summaries.

• Identify trends and patterns that can support business decisions.

• Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases.

• Perform data cleanup and quality checks.

• Use Excel, Google Sheets, and other data-analysis tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.

• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Reliable internet connection.

• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
