Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities  Contacting potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels  Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions  Explaining product features and benefits clearly and persuasively  Following up on leads and closing sales  Maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM  Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets  Collaborating with the marketing and support teams for smooth operations Requirements  1 to 4 years of experience in inside sales or telesales  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated  Quick learner with the ability to understand products and services  Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus  Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage  Should be available to join immediately.
