Position: LS Retail & Business Central Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced LS Retail & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and optimizing retail and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge across Retail, Purchase, Production, and Finance modules along with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support LS Retail and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

• Handle end-to-end processes in the following modules:

  • Retail

  • Purchase

  • Production

  • Finance

• Analyze business workflows and recommend process improvements.

• Coordinate with technical teams, developers, and business users for successful project delivery.

• Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

• Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Support testing activities including UAT and system validation.

• Ensure seamless integration and data flow across modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in LS Retail and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Strong functional expertise in Retail, Purchase, Production, and Finance modules.

• Good understanding of retail business operations and ERP processes.

• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ERP implementation projects.

• Knowledge of integrations, reporting, and process automation.

• Microsoft Dynamics certifications are an added advantage.

Soft Skills

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• Good documentation and presentation skills
