Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research potential partner companies, colleges, coaching institutes, and influencers for collaborations.
2. Reach out to companies and pitch our talent solutions via call to onboard them as hiring partners.
3. Follow up with leads, negotiate deals, and close partnerships to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
4. Do marketing using Instagram, Reddit, Facebook, YouTube, etc
5. Support the founders in daily operations, ensuring smooth execution across calling, recruitment, and partnerships.
