Job Title: GN - Industry - MC - Energy Upstream – Analyst (India)
Management Level: 11 - Analyst
Location: Bangalore/ Gurgaon/ Mumbai/ Hyderabad
Must have skills:
- Strong Knowledge of upstream value chain: E&P, OFES, Maintenance, etc.
- Experience in onshore/ offshore and unconventional wells operations
- Understanding of key upstream capabilities/ operations: Drilling, Production Operations, HSE, Reliability, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to have skills:
- Exposure to digital disruption opportunities in upstream (analytics, automation, well integrity, worker safety).
- Proven track record / Familiarity with Data & AI and its impact on the Upstream industry.
- Proven contribution to upstream consulting practice through engagement in creating PoVs, service offerings and thought leadership initiatives.
Experience:
- 3+ years industry experience in upstream Oil & Gas organization
Preferred Educational Qualification:
- MBA from Tier 1 institute
- B.E/ B.Tech from Tier 1 institute
Job Summary:
In this role, you will work on upstream energy consulting engagements, leveraging your industry, technical, and business expertise to deliver client value. You will support transformation initiatives through operational excellence, digital adoption, and client engagement, while contributing to business development and delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support upstream consulting projects focused on key upstream operations
- Contribute to business development through proposals, pitches, and solution architecture
- Engage with clients during the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with the broader team to deliver high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction
