What is this role all about?

This is your entry into the world of Customer Experience + SaaS . You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to understand issues, provide timely support, and help deliver a smooth customer experience on Kapture’s platform.

As a Management Trainee – Customer Experience, you’ll get hands-on exposure to enterprise customers, SaaS products, troubleshooting, and day-to-day customer operations while building a strong foundation in customer experience and technology.

  • You will interact with customers to understand their queries, issues, and requirements
  • You will assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving product or platform-related issues
  • You will participate in understand problem statements across multiple industries, define project scope and deliverables
  • You will coordinate with internal teams such as Product, Technology, and Support to drive issues toward resolution
  • You will maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
  • You will participate in customer calls, product discussions, and training sessions as required
  • You will follow up on open issues, Projects and ensure timely communication with customers
  • You will continuously learn about Kapture’s products, features, and customer workflows

This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel collaboration and customer-centricity.

The role operates in the afternoon shift from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM .

You’re able to communicate confidently with customers, understand their concerns, resolve issues effectively, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

You build strong product knowledge, take ownership of customer issues, and consistently follow through until resolution.
