- Direkte und persönliche Ansprache potenzieller Kandidaten
- Durchführung von Erst- und Screening-GesprächenBewertung von Erfahrung, Motivation und fachlichem FitStrukturierte Aufbereitung und Vorstellung geeigneter Kandidatenprofile
- Begleitung der Kandidaten durch den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess
- Eigenständiges Nachhalten von Feedback, Terminen und nächsten Schritten
- Arbeit mit LinkedIn Recruiter und weiteren Recruiting-Tools
- Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Sourcing- und Recruiting-Prozesse
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Recruiting, Sourcing oder Research – idealerweise im Tech- oder Deep-Tech-Umfeld
- Defence Erfahrung wünschenswert, aber kein Muss.
- Sicherheit im direkten Austausch mit Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten
- Freude an Research und daran, auch anspruchsvolle und schwer zu findende Profile zu identifizierenStrukturierte, eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Hohen Qualitätsanspruch und ausgeprägte Sorgfalt
- Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, Prozesse selbstständig voranzutreibenInteresse an technischen Themen und neuen Märkten
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sicheres Englisch
