Als Group HR Generalist betreust du die HR-Themen unserer rund 60 Mitarbeitenden im DACH Raum. Die Stelle ist an unserem Standort in Weil am Rhein angesiedelt.
Aufgaben
- Du betreust die HR-Administration entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles, vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
- Du bist erste Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei personalrelevanten Fragen
- Du erstellst Arbeitsverträge, Vertragsänderungen, Zeugnisse und weitere HR-Dokumente und pflegst unsere Personalstammdaten und -akten
- Du koordinierst personalrelevante Themen mit externen Partnern wie Payroll-Dienstleistern, Versicherungen und Fachberatern
- Du erstellst HR-Auswertungen und unterstützt bei der Organisation interner Mitarbeitendenanlässe
- Du wirkst bei HR-Projekten mit und entwickelst unsere Prozesse mit Fokus auf Digitalisierung und Automatisierung weiter
Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich und fundierte Kenntnisse in der Personaladministration
- Gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrechts, Erfahrungen mit der Schweiz oder Österreich sind von Vorteil
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Diskretion und Serviceorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Freude an digitalen Arbeitsweisen
