Organisationsentwicklung: Du b egleit est verschieden e Projekte zur Gestaltung unserer Unternehmenskultur und unterstützt be i der Organi sation und M oderati on von R etros und Work shop s. Mitarbeiterbefragung & Sustainability : Du w irkst bei der Durchführung und Auswertung unse rer jä hrlichen M itarbeiterbefragung mit (vom Se tup bi s Au swe rtung ) und arbeit est an unser em Sustainability - Repor t mit Employer Branding: Du wirkst bei internen und externen Kampagnen sowie bei der Content-Erstellung für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle mit – vom Brainstorming über die Bildsammlung bis hin zum Schreiben der Captions Operativer Support: Du u nterstütz t un ser Operations-Team bei a dministrative n und organisatorische n T hemen
Du bist Master- oder Bachelorstudent: in (ab 4. Semester) im Bereich Human Resources, BWL, Psychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Fach . Du bringst erste Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich durch Praktika oder Werkstudierendenjobs mit Du hast ein starkes Interesse an Organisationskultur und Personalentwicklung Du hast s ehr gute Deutsch und Englisch ken nt nisse Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität: Du hast kein Problem damit, mal bei administrativen Aufgaben zu helfen und mal strategisch mitzudenken vielfältige Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten in einem dynamischen Umfeld unschlagbarer Teamspirit, flache Hierarchien, schnelle Entscheidungen Standort: Herz von München
