Das Hälsa House in Bremerhaven vereint unter einem Dach fünf Bereiche rund um Gesundheit, Bewegung und Wohlbefinden: MOV3 Gesundheitsstudio, Shala, Orthopädie Lutz Neumann, Physio 8° und hejmark. Für all diese Bereiche suchen wir eine:n People & Culture Manager:in, der:die den Personalbereich mit uns führt und weiterentwickelt.
Die Position ist die zentrale HR-Rolle im Haus. Du berätst die Geschäftsführung, bist erste Ansprechperson für alle Mitarbeitenden und arbeitest eng mit Buchhaltung, Steuerbüro und externen Partnern zusammen. In die Themen, die du noch nicht kennst, wächst du bei uns hinein.
Aufgaben
- Recruiting und Personalmarketing für alle Bereiche, von der Ausschreibung bis zum Vertragsangebot
- On- und Offboarding sowie die Betreuung unserer HR- und Recruiting-Tools
- Vorbereitende Lohnabrechnung gemeinsam mit unserer Buchhaltung und dem Steuerbüro
- Verträge, Zeugnisse und Personalakten, dazu arbeitsrechtliche Fragen
- Zeiterfassung, Urlaub und Abwesenheiten
- Arbeitsmedizinische Betreuung, Arbeitsschutz und die jährlichen Pflichtunterweisungen
- Personalentwicklung und Weiterbildungsangebote für unsere Teams
- Beratung der Führungskräfte und Formate, die das Miteinander im Haus stärken
Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrung im Personalbereich, zum Beispiel aus Ausbildung, Studium, Praktikum oder Werkstudentenjob
- Interesse an Arbeitsrecht und vorbereitender Lohnbuchhaltung; Erfahrung mit Personio von Vorteil
- Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise, du bringst Themen zu Ende
- Empathie, Verbindlichkeit und ein vertrauenswürdiger Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen
- Klare Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe, von der Aushilfe bis zur Geschäftsführung
