Als Senior Financial Controller (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in unserer Finanzorganisation. Du verantwortest Forecasts, Budgetplanung und Cash-Flow-Analysen, entwickelst unser Reporting weiter und unterstützt mit fundierten Analysen strategische Entscheidungen. Dabei kombinierst du Finance-Expertise mit einem ausgeprägten Verständnis für Prozesse, Zahlen und Unternehmenssteuerung.
Deine Aufgaben
- Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
- Erstellung von Forecasts, Budgets und Szenarioanalysen
- Finance Business Partner für Accounting und weitere interne Stakeholder
- Erstellung und Überwachung von Cash-Flow-Planungen
- Analyse von Plan-Ist-Abweichungen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Weiterentwicklung von Reportings, Kalkulationen und Finanzkennzahlen
- Optimierung von Controlling-Prozessen sowie Unterstützung beim Ausbau unserer BI-Landschaft
- Sicherstellung von Datenqualität und Weiterentwicklung relevanter Finance-Systeme und Schnittstellen
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Controlling oder Accounting bzw. vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Financial Controlling
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung, insbesondere nach HGB
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit ERP- und BI-Systemen
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Zahlenaffinität
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, finanzielle Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
- Deutsch auf C1/C2-Niveau sowie Englisch mindestens auf B2-Niveau
