We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and highly resourceful US Blue-Collar Recruiter to join our in-house recruitment team in Mohali-67.
We’re looking for a true recruitment professional who actively seeks out talent, builds candidate communities, explores unconventional sourcing channels, and takes complete end-to-end ownership of the recruitment process.
Location: Mohali-67
Shift: US / Night Shift(6:00 PM-3:30 AM)
Working Days: Mon-Fri
Employment: In-house
Work Mode-In office
Key Responsibilities:
- Source US blue-collar/skilled-trade candidates through multiple channels.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Leverage LinkedIn, Facebook/community groups, colleges, trade schools, referrals, job portals, and other creative sourcing channels.
- Build candidate communities and explore innovative recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial screening and phone interviews.
- Manage candidates through the recruitment process until closure.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Skills & Qualifications required
- Prior US Recruitment experience, preferably blue-collar/technical hiring.
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong US cultural awareness.
- Extroverted, energetic, confident, and relationship-oriented.
- Strong sourcing, networking, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Comfortable with social media, community building, and ATS platforms.
