Qualifizierung von Leads: Du bearbeitest sowohl Inbound- als auch Outbound-Leads und findest in ersten Gesprächen (Discovery Calls) heraus, wo die Herausforderungen unserer potenziellen Kunden liegen und wie DMRZ die Lösung sein kann. Online-Beratung und Demos: Dein Hauptziel ist es, qualifizierte Termine und Demos für den Senior Sales Manager im Fokusbereich Pflege zu vereinbaren, aber auch vereinzelt eigenständig zu führen und die Leads zum Abschluss zu bringen. CRM-Management: Du pflegst und dokumentierst deine Aktivitäten sorgfältig in unserem CRM-System (HubSpot), um einen transparenten und effizienten Sales-Prozess zu gewährleisten.
Vertriebserfahrung: Du bringst Erfahrung im Software-Sales mit, idealerweise im SaaS-Umfeld sowie im Pflegebereich. Ausbildung: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Sales – oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Branchenkenntnisse: Kenntnisse im deutschen Gesundheitswesen, insbesondere im Pflegebereich und in Abrechnungs- oder branchenspezifischer Software, sind ein klares Plus. Kommunikationsstärke: Du baust schnell professionelle Beziehungen auf und kannst überzeugend kommunizieren - ob am Telefon, im Video-Call oder per E-Mail. Hunter-Mentalität: Du gehst proaktiv auf potenzielle Kunden zu, verfolgst deine Ziele mit Beharrlichkeit und lässt dich von Herausforderungen nicht aufhalten. Lernbereitschaft: Du arbeitest dich tief in die Besonderheiten des deutschen Gesundheitswesens und unsere SaaS-Lösung ein. CRM-Erfahrung: Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen, idealerweise mit HubSpot. Ausdrucksvermögen: Du verfügst über ein hervorragendes Ausdrucksvermögen in deutscher Sprache – in Wort und Schrift.
