Für unser Content & Creators Team suchen wir einen UGC Creator Manager (m/w/d).
Wichtig vorab: In dieser Rolle stehst du nicht selbst vor der Kamera und schreibst keine eigenen Skripte für Social Ads. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Creator:innen das liefern.
Aufgaben
Deine Aufgaben drehen sich rund um Creator:innen und Content.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Akquise und Onboarding neuer Creator:innen
- Verhandlung von Konditionen und Nutzungsrechten
- Planung und Einteilung der Creator:innen in der Wochenplanung
- Creator:innen briefen für Paid Social Content
- Vor Ort Shootings im Raum Düsseldorf begleiten
Qualifikation
Deine Qualifikationen:
- Du erkennst guten Content sofort und kannst begründen, warum er funktioniert.
- Du hast schon als Creator Manager:in gearbeitet oder eng mit UGC-Creator:innen zusammengearbeitet, zum Beispiel in einer Agentur oder bei einer Brand.
- Du kommunizierst klar, auch wenn mehrere Konversationen mit Creator:innen gleichzeitig laufen.
- Du bleibst strukturiert, auch wenn mal viel los ist.
- Shooting-Erfahrung ist ein Plus.
