Für unser Content & Creators Team suchen wir einen UGC Creator Manager (m/w/d) im Werkstudium.
Wichtig vorab: In dieser Rolle stehst du nicht selbst vor der Kamera und schreibst keine eigenen Skripte für Social Ads. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Creator:innen das liefern.
Aufgaben
Deine Aufgaben drehen sich rund um Creator:innen und Content.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung bei Akquise und Sourcing neuer Creator:innen
- Verhandlung von Konditionen und Nutzungsrechten
- Creator:innen briefen für Paid Social Content
- Content Review, Ablage und Feedback an Creator:innen
- Vor Ort Shootings im Raum Düsseldorf begleiten
Qualifikation
Deine Qualifikationen:
- Du erkennst guten Content sofort und kannst begründen, warum er funktioniert
- Du hast Interesse an Social Media und Performance Marketing
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und behälst stets einen kühlen Kopf
- Shooting-Erfahrung ist ein Plus.
