Für unser Autohaus am Prinzert suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Kfz-Serviceberater/in zur Verstärkung unseres Serviceteams.
Als Serviceberater bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden, der Werkstatt und dem Service-Team. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden sich von der Terminvereinbarung bis zur Fahrzeugübergabe kompetent und persönlich betreut fühlen.
Aufgaben
Deine Aufgaben
- Betreuung und Beratung unserer Servicekunden im persönlichen Gespräch sowie telefonisch
- Annahme und Rückgabe von Kundenfahrzeugen
- Erstellung von Werkstattaufträgen und präzise Dokumentation der Kundenbeanstandungen
- Durchführung von Fahrzeugannahmen und Dialogannahmen
- Ermittlung des Reparatur- und Wartungsbedarfs
- Erstellung und Erläuterung von Kostenvoranschlägen
- Verkauf von Service- und Reparaturleistungen sowie Zubehör und Zusatzleistungen
- Abstimmung der Reparaturaufträge mit unseren Kfz-Mechatronikern und der Werkstattleitung
- Überwachung des Reparaturablaufs und Information der Kunden über den aktuellen Stand
- Koordination von Zusatzarbeiten und notwendiger Reparaturen
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit und einer professionellen Servicequalität
- Bearbeitung von Garantie-, Gewährleistungs- und Kulanzfällen
- Durchführung von Probefahrten und Fahrzeugchecks bei Bedarf
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung unserer Serviceprozesse und Kundenzufriedenheit
Qualifikation
Das bringst du mit
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Kfz-Bereich, idealerweise als Kfz-Mechatroniker/in
- Weiterbildung zum Kfz-Serviceberater/in , Kfz-Meister/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation wünschenswert
- Berufserfahrung im Servicebereich eines Autohauses von Vorteil
- Technisches Verständnis und Freude an der Beratung von Kunden
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten
- Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Organisationstalent und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Systemen und MS Office
- Führerschein Klasse B
