About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Customer Service Representative Experts to create, evaluate, and refine customer support challenges used in AI evaluation and training. You’ll apply your practical knowledge of customer interactions, problem-solving, communication, service delivery, and support operations to develop realistic scenarios that test whether AI systems can handle complex customer situations with accuracy, empathy, and sound judgment.

What You’ll Do
- Develop high-quality customer service questions, scenarios, and case studies that challenge AI models across key areas of customer support.
- Create realistic challenges covering conflict resolution, product troubleshooting, complaint handling, communication, empathy, de-escalation, policy interpretation, omnichannel support, and related topics.
- Evaluate and validate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, clarity, empathy, and alignment with customer service best practices.
- Identify errors, gaps, inconsistencies, or inappropriate recommendations in AI-generated customer support content.
- Provide detailed, structured feedback explaining why responses are effective or where improvements are needed.
- Assess how well AI systems apply customer service principles to realistic customer interactions and problem-solving situations.
- Collaborate with customer service and technical experts to refine question difficulty and ensure content is challenging, accurate, and educational.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a related customer support role.
- Strong understanding of customer support operations and service best practices.
- Ability to assess customer interactions and identify effective approaches to communication and problem-solving.
