About the Role
We are seeking credentialed actuaries to contribute expert-level evaluation and training data for advanced AI systems.
In this role, you will apply your professional actuarial expertise to review, create, and rank actuarial content designed to help AI models understand how real-world risk work is performed.
You will evaluate AI-generated analysis across pricing, reserving, valuation, and risk modeling, assess technical accuracy, and create expert demonstrations based on workflows and practices from your own professional experience.
The work is fully remote and asynchronous, giving you flexibility to choose when and how much you work.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated actuarial analysis for technical accuracy.
- Review AI-generated pricing, reserving, valuation, and risk modeling work.
- Identify technical errors, inconsistencies, and weaknesses in model-generated actuarial analysis.
- Create expert demonstrations showing professional approaches to: Pricing
- Reserving
- Valuation
- Risk modeling
- Create demonstrations based on your own actuarial practice and professional experience.
- Rank and label model responses against relevant actuarial standards of practice.
- Assess whether AI-generated reasoning reflects technically sound actuarial approaches.
- Provide clear and structured written evaluations and feedback.

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of professional actuarial experience in pricing, reserving, valuation, modeling, or related actuarial work.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate technical actuarial content accurately and objectively.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical reasoning and evaluation decisions.
