About the Role
We are looking for experienced Technical Writing Specialists to contribute to a writing-intensive project focused on developer and product documentation.
In this role, you will apply your technical writing expertise to analyze complex technical materials, create and refine documentation, structure information effectively, and communicate technical concepts clearly to different audiences. What You’ll Do
Technical Documentation
- Analyze and interpret source technical materials, including API references, developer guides, and release notes.
- Produce well-structured and effective technical documentation.
- Create and edit guides, tutorials, architecture documents, and other technical content.
- Clarify complex technical topics for audiences ranging from developers to business stakeholders.
Information Architecture
- Apply information architecture best practices to organize and present documentation.
- Structure documentation for ease of use, discoverability, and scalability.
- Evaluate how information is organized and presented across documentation sets.
Docs-as-Code & Editorial Standards
- Work with docs-as-code standards and workflows.
- Apply style guides and editorial guidelines consistently across deliverables.
- Maintain consistency in terminology, structure, grammar, and overall documentation quality.
Documentation Evaluation & Improvement
- Evaluate existing documentation for clarity, completeness, and accuracy.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement improvements where necessary.
- Maintain a high standard of quality across documentation deliverables.
Technical Communication
- Clearly explain documentation decisions, trade-offs, and reasoning.
