Außerdem bereitest Du Laptops für neue Mitarbeitende vor und unterstützt bei allgemeinen Office- und Datenerfassungsaufgaben.
Eingangspost bearbeiten (Post im Briefkasten holen, sortieren nach Abteilungen und an die entsprechende Abteilung weiterleiten) Scannen der restlichen Eingangspost für die Abteilung Customer Service Bearbeitung des Postfachs Office Admin Weiterleitung von Eingangsrechnungen an Finance UK Downloaden von Eingangsrechnungen aus diversen Portalen und Weiterleiten an Finance Hochladen von Rechnungen im Reiseportal Perk Hochladen von Rechnungen im Moss-Portal (Portal zur Verwaltung von Debitkarten) Vorbereitung von Laptops für neue Mitarbeiter für die Ferninstallation durch IT Allgemeine Admin-Tätigkeiten, wie z. B. Änderungen von Templates, Datenerfassung in Personio (allg. Daten, die nicht confidential sind), Dokumente über Personio an Mitarbeiter versenden
Du bist ein Teamplayer, Organisationstalent und arbeitest gern selbstständig Du gehst gern aktiv auf andere Personen zu Du hörst aktiv zu, bist empathisch und kannst Dich auf dein Gegenüber einstellen Du bist hartnäckig, arbeitest aber stets kundenorientiert
Aktuelle Immatrikulationsbescheinigung einer deutschen Universität oder Hochschule Mindestens im 3. Semester eines Bachelorstudiums Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude am Telefonieren Kenntnisse in MS Office und idealerweise in einem CRM-System (z. B. HubSpot) Gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1+), Englisch wünschenswert Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten Bereitschaft, im Büro zu arbeiten
