Deine Aufgaben
Als Technical Support Engineer bist du zentrale Ansprechperson für die Fachhandelspartner und betreust die Infrastruktur-Software auf Windows-Basis.
- Support & Troubleshooting: First- und Second-Level-Support für Backup-, Mailserver-, E-Mail-Archivierungs- und Sicherheitslösungen sowie Remote Monitoring & Management
- Analyse & Problemlösung: Untersuchung technischer Probleme mit anschließender Lösungsfindung per E-Mail, Fernwartung und Telefon
- Kundenberatung: Kompetente Unterstützung der Kunden bei allen technischen Fragestellungen rund um die Produkte
- Installation & Webinare: Durchführung von Softwareinstallationen und Trainings für interne und externe Anwender
- Dokumentation & Knowledge Base: Erstellung neuer sowie Übersetzung bestehender Artikel für die Software-Administration
- Produkt-Feedback: Weitergabe von Verbesserungsvorschlägen an die Entwicklungsabteilungen
- IT-Administration: Unterstützung der internen Netzwerkumgebung und IT-Infrastruktur
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, Informatikstudium oder vergleichbare mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Support / IT-Administration
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows-Umgebungen, Softwarelösungen und Netzwerken
- Stressresistenz, lösungsorientiertes Denken und Begeisterung für technische Herausforderungen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, kundenorientiertes Auftreten und Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
- Erfahrung oder Kenntnisse in Active Directory, Backup & Restore, Microsoft 365 / Exchange (Online oder On-Prem), E-Mail-Archivierung, IT-Sicherheit, Automation & MSP-Tools, PowerShell, SQL-Datenbanken oder Virtualisierung sind von Vorteil
