Job Summary:

The Analyst or Senior Analyst will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning solutions that build internal product capability, drive organizational effectiveness, and enable talent readiness. This role involves strategic planning, instructional design, LMS/LXP knowledge, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and leveraging analytics to measure learning impact. The candidate will play a key role in creating personalised learning and career pathways aligned with organizational priorities, lead enrollment on the open learning calendar & must be well organized, detail oriented and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs
  • Engage with stakeholders, including Leaders, Managers and ICs to understand their learning needs and map it with business metrics
  • Lead the planning and execution of open enrollment calendar, management development programs and other L&D initiatives aligned with business priorities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and design targeted learning journeys for emerging and experienced resources
  • Create structured learning journeys, microlearning modules, and blended learning experiences. Incorporate case studies, simulations, and real-world scenarios for experiential learning.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Notebook LM etc.) for content creation and personalization.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training programs
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating strategic priorities into development interventions. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver customized solutions.
  • Review and validate product training materials created by the project consultants
  • Create and maintain standard product training materials for new or updated HighRadius products
  • Deliver soft-skills training to consulting-wide teams
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams such as consulting, product, and support to ensure all training content is updated and accurate
  • Prior knowledge of various phases of project life cycle including Design, Build, Testing, cutover, Go-live and hyper care
  • Prior knowledge and experience of training delivery and content creation
  • Prior knowledge of Order to Cash process will be a plus
  • Prior experience with training clients on SaaS products will be a plus

Job Specification:

  • Overall 3-6 years of professional services experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree (preferably from tier 1 or tier 2 institutes).
  • Location: Hyderabad.
