Aufgaben
- Kunden gewinnen und betreuen – Zeitarbeit und Personalvermittlung im Raum Lippstadt, Hamm, Soest, Paderborn
- Kandidaten und Kunden zusammenbringen – Recruiting und Bewerbermanagement mit System-Unterstützung statt Bauchgefühl
- Disposition und Einsatzbetreuung unserer Mitarbeiter in der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung – gewerblich-technischer Bereich
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Personaldienstleistung – als Personaldienstleistungskaufmann/-frau (PDK), Personaldisponent:in, Vertriebsdisponent:in, Recruiter:in oder Quereinsteiger:in mit Branchenkenntnis
- Du kannst mit Menschen: am Telefon, beim Kunden, im Team
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools / MS Office
