Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end requirement gathering for Partner PLANET initiatives across onboarding, transactions, campaigns, incentives, and reporting.
- Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria for agile delivery.
- Work closely with product managers, engineering, UX, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Define and optimize partner journeys with focus on usability, conversion, and operational efficiency.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT coordination, and release readiness.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements (BFSI context).
- Analyze data, user behaviour, and partner feedback to recommend continuous improvements.
