JOB PURPOSE
Business analyst would be a vital link in helping business teams of L&T Finance meet its business objectives by leveraging latest technology.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement
- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Working closely with business, vendor & internal tech teams
- BRD/FSD document writing
- Conducting and coordinating application UAT and APIs integration testing
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- PG / MBA (Finance) preferred
Functional Skills
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis in BFSI sector
- Experience in Lending domain - preferably end to end loan journeys in SME
- Experience of working on web & mobile applications
- Experience of working on API integration - BigQuery preferred
- Experience in Agile methodology preferred
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to work with multiple cross functional teams & ability to influence stakeholders.
- Excellent documentation & presentation skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
