Aufgaben
- Installation, Konfiguration und Betrieb von Windows Client- und Server-Systemen
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von virtualisierten Serverumgebungen auf Basis von VMware und Microsoft Hyper-V
- Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwarestörungen in Client- und Serverumgebungen
- Bearbeitung von 1st & 2nd-Level-Support-Anfragen in den IT-Umgebungen unserer Kunden
- Administration von IT-Sicherheitslösungen (u. a. Endpoint, Firewall, WLAN-Infrastruktur, E-Mail-Security)
- Einrichtung und Betreuung von Backup- und Recovery-Lösungen (z. B. Veeam)
- Abstimmung mit Kunden, Herstellern und externen Dienstleistern zur Umsetzung technischer Lösungen
- Dokumentation von IT-Systemen, Infrastrukturen und Prozessen
- Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb unserer Managed-Service-Plattformen für Monitoring, Patch-Management und Automatisierung
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer internen IT-Infrastruktur
Qualifikation
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z. B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Betrieb von Windows-Server- und Client-Umgebungen
- Kenntnisse in Virtualisierung (VMware / Hyper-V) sowie im Bereich Netzwerke und IT-Security
- Erfahrung mit Backup-Lösungen und Monitoring-Systemen von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Freude an der Arbeit mit Kunden sowie ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
