We are currently searching for a AMS Lead - Mainframe:
The Challenge (Responsibilities)
- Provide expert L2/L3 support for Mainframe applications operating in a fast-paced, 24x7 support environment.
- Monitor production systems meticulously to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents.
- Perform comprehensive incident, service request, problem, and change management activities.
- Act as a primary liaison in customer-facing roles, driving effective stakeholder management and communication.
Your Profile (Requirements)
- Strong, proven experience working with COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and VSAM.
- Hands-on experience executing Mainframe batch processing and utilizing enterprise job scheduling tools.
- High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
- Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."
Desired
- Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
- Advanced Spanish.
