About the Role

We are seeking licensed professional counselors to author and evaluate counseling scenarios used to assess and improve advanced AI models.

In this role, you will apply your professional counseling expertise to create realistic clinical scenarios, develop reference responses, and evaluate AI-generated outputs for clinical accuracy, ethical reasoning, and appropriate risk handling.

This opportunity is designed for practicing counseling professionals who can translate real-world clinical judgment into clear, structured written reasoning.

What You’ll Do

  • Author realistic counseling scenarios, including complex risk and ethical dilemmas.
  • Write reference responses that clearly explain the therapeutic reasoning behind each clinical choice.
  • Evaluate AI-generated counseling responses for clinical accuracy, ethical standards, and appropriate risk handling.
  • Identify responses that appear empathetic but fail to appropriately recognize or manage clinical risk.
  • Clearly explain why a response is clinically appropriate, inappropriate, incomplete, or unsafe.
  • Apply professional counseling judgment consistently when reviewing and grading model outputs.
