Position Overview

We're seeking a creative and strategic Content & Organic Growth managerto build and execute our brand presence and thought leadership strategy. In this high-growth phase, you'll be instrumental in shaping how security leaders and the threat intelligence community perceives and engages with our company, both as an authoritative security resource and as an employer of choice in cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar aligned with product releases, research initiatives, and industry events. Balance thought leadership, educational content, and company-focused messaging across multiple formats (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, video).
  • Social Media Management: Own our social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and emerging platforms. Create platform-specific content that drives engagement, builds community, and establishes the company as a trusted voice in threat intelligence.
  • Technical Documentation & Thought Leadership: Collaborate with researchers and product teams to transform complex threat research, product features, and customer wins into clear, compelling documentation and narrative content. Write or edit long-form pieces (research reports, trend analysis, best practices guides).
  • Community & Engagement: Monitor industry conversations, respond to comments and inquiries, and actively participate in threat intelligence communities. Build relationships with key influencers, partners, and media contacts.
  • Performance & Analytics: Track content performance across channels. Use data to refine strategy, identify high-performing topics, and inform pitch and editorial decisions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with teams to ensure messaging consistency and to identify
  • new content opportunities from company wins, product updates, and research.
  • Brand Voice & Consistency: Maintain a consistent, authentic brand voice that reflects our company's expertise, approachability, and commitment to the security community.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years' experience in content creation, social media management, or technical writing, with demonstrated ability in both areas
  • Clear, concise, compelling writing across multiple formats and audiences (from C-suite executives to hands-on security engineers)
  • Proven track record building engaged audiences, creating platform-specific content, and understanding social strategy (not just posting)
  • Strong ability to learn and explain complex technical concepts; familiarity with cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or security industry a plus
  • Comfortable in a startup environment with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and the need to wear multiple hats
  • Ability to juggle multiple content pieces, deadlines, and stakeholders while maintaining quality and consistency
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and distilling feedback from technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to interpret social media and content metrics, identify trends, and adjust strategy based on data

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in security, InfoSec, or a threat intelligence/risk organization (agency, consulting, product company)
  • Experience at a security-focused company, startup, or cybersecurity consulting firm
  • Portfolio of published content: Links to blogs, whitepapers, social media presence, or other content you've created, especially in technical or security domains
  • Experience scripting, producing, or editing video content (including short-form content for LinkedIn/Twitter)
  • Track record of building and managing engaged communities, forums, or online groups
  • Understanding of SEO best practices, content promotion, and organic reach optimization
  • Experience with content management systems, design tools, and social scheduling platforms
