About the Role

We’re looking for experienced CRM and Sales Operations Specialists to contribute their practical expertise to an AI-focused project.

You’ll evaluate real-world CRM workflows, sales processes, automation, and data practices to help improve how AI systems understand and support customer relationship management.

No prior AI experience is required. Your CRM and sales operations expertise is the key qualification.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate CRM workflows, sales processes, and automation logic.
  • Work with platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Document existing sales operations processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide real-world CRM and sales enablement scenarios and best practices.
  • Review and annotate CRM data, records, and user interactions.
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and alignment with real-world CRM practices.
  • Contribute to documentation, training materials, and process guides.
  • Provide practical feedback on CRM workflows and system behavior.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM or Sales Operations.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Experience optimizing sales processes, workflows, and automation.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data management and data integrity.
  • Ability to analyze and map complex business processes.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide clear, practical feedback and documentation.
  • No formal degree required; practical CRM expertise and platform proficiency are the primary criteria.
