Role Summary:
We are looking for a Finance Executive – Receivables & Reconciliations to manage receivables, settlement tracking, sales reconciliations, and financial closure activities across multiple business channels. The role requires strong analytical and reconciliation skills with exposure to Retail, E-commerce, Omni-channel, and ERP environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Receivables Management:
- Monitor receivables across Offline Stores, Shopify, Marketplaces, Quick Commerce, Omni-channel, Franchise & B2B.
- Prepare ageing reports and track pending collections, deductions, and short settlements.
- Ensure timely receivable accounting and closure.
Reconciliations
- Perform daily/monthly reconciliation of: Sales vs Collections
- Orders vs Settlements
- Payment Gateway & COD settlements
- Returns, Refunds, Wallet & Gift Card transactions
- Reconcile data across Logic ERP, POS, Shopify, Unicommerce, and payment gateways.
- Identify mismatches related to discounts, GST, commissions, refunds, and settlement variances.
Financial Support
- Support month-end and year-end closure activities.
- Assist with revenue reconciliation and receivables accounting.
- Coordinate with auditors and maintain reconciliation schedules.
Coordination & MIS
- Work closely with Finance, ERP, Operations, Marketplace, Retail, and Tech teams.
- Prepare MIS reports on receivables, settlements, ageing, and collection efficiency.
- Highlight risks relating to unreconciled balances and revenue leakage.
Qualifications & Skills
- Semi-Qualified CA / Bachelor’s in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- 2–4 years of experience in Receivables, Reconciliations, Retail/E-commerce Finance.
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
- Knowledge of ERP systems like Logic ERP or Tally.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Fashion, Retail, or E-commerce industry exposure.
- Marketplace settlement reconciliation and GST understanding.
- Experience with Omni-channel business models.
