Deine Rolle als Kundenbetreuer/-in im Homeoffice:
Wir suchen dich als neues Teammitglied zur Unterstützung unseres bestehenden Homeoffice-Teams in der Türkei für ein großes, bekanntes Telekommunikationsunternehmen.
- Du beantwortest fachkundig technische Kundenanfragen und sorgst mit deiner kompetenten und freundlichen Art für eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit.
- Du berätst Kunden zu weiteren Produkten und Dienstleistungen des Telekommunikationsunternehmens, um alle Bedürfnisse optimal zu erfüllen.
- Du erfasst und pflegst Kundenstammdaten in unseren Computersystemen.
