At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to build, manage, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms.
This is a hands-on performance marketing role, not a strategy-only position. You’ll be actively managing campaigns, analyzing performance, testing creatives and audiences, troubleshooting conversion tracking, and making daily optimizations designed to improve ROAS, CPL, CPA, and overall conversion performance.

What You’ll Own
Paid Media Campaign Management
Build, launch, and manage campaigns across:
- Google Ads
