You should thrive in environments characterized by rapid release cycles and sophisticated third-party integrations, particularly within the logistics or supply chain domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, document, and execute comprehensive test plans covering manual, regression, and exploratory testing.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts, preferably using Playwright, to support a robust CI/CD pipeline.
  • Perform thorough API testing to ensure seamless communication between internal services and external integrations.
  • Review code and monitor GitHub pull requests to understand upcoming changes and identify potential edge cases early in the development cycle.
  • Provide clear, detailed, and actionable bug reports, collaborating closely with developers to resolve issues quickly.
  • Take initiative in identifying process improvements and leveraging modern AI tools to enhance testing efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of professional experience in Software QA or Test Engineering, specifically within web-based SaaS environments.
  • Proven experience in manual, regression, and exploratory testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience writing automated tests, with Playwright strongly preferred, though Cypress or Selenium experience is acceptable.
  • Strong technical proficiency in API and end-to-end (E2E) testing.
  • The ability to read code and navigate GitHub to understand technical changes.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and a disciplined approach to documentation.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently without needing granular direction.

Nice to Haves

  • Technical proficiency with Playwright using JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with Ruby on Rails environments.
  • Experience testing products involving complex third-party integrations or feature flag management.
  • Domain expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), logistics, supply chain, or ERP software.
  • Practical experience using AI tools like Claude Code to streamline QA workflows.

What You'll Get

  • The opportunity to own the QA process within a high-growth company moving at the speed of daily deployments.
  • A collaborative environment that values technical initiative and exploratory thinking.
  • Exposure to a modern tech stack and the latest in automated testing and AI-driven development tools.
  • A role where your contributions directly impact the reliability of mission-critical logistics software.
