Job Title:Retail Training & Communications Specialist - Global HOKA
Reports to: Senior Manager, Retail Training & Communications - Global
Location: US (Remote), PST preferred

The Role
As the Retail Training & Communications Specialist - Global HOKA, you will develop and manage global training and communications resources for HOKA retail team members. You’ll create globally consistent and locally relevant training and communication resources that improve performance, strengthen engagement, and connect teams to HOKA brand culture. You’ll partner with global and regional stakeholders to represent the retail perspective and drive operational excellence.

Your Impact
- Lead virtual and in-person training programs across service, operations, product knowledge, and visual merchandising
- Create and evolve training resources with brand, global, and regional partners aligned to GTM priorities
- Measure effectiveness through NPS, sales performance, audit scores, onboarding, and employee feedback metrics
- Communicate priorities that maximize impact of key programs and operational initiatives
- Develop communication strategies tailored by region, audience, and learning style
- Represent field perspectives and gather feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness
- Support regional conferences and events with programming, guidelines, and best practices
- Plan, produce, and edit leadership video content for retail teams
- Monitor eNPS and identify engagement improvement opportunities
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 to 7 years of experience in retail and/or training environments
- Skilled in global training facilitation, LMS optimization, and digital content creation
- Experienced in communication strategy, stakeholder management, and video production
- Strong in employee engagement, presentation skills, and organizational agility
- Adept at cross-functional collaboration
